METHOD 1.Take tamarind extract with 2cup of water. 2.Add all powders,salt &ground paste into tamarind juice. 3.Heat oil, season with mustard seeds,fenugreek&curry leaves. 4.Add onion,tomato,carlic&green chillies fry for 2minutes. 5.Pour tamarind mixture. 6.Close the lid & cook. |

METHOD 1.Heat oil,add onion ,fry till its become brown. 2.Add tomato,fry till onion&tomato become gravy. 3.Add ginger &carlic paste ,fry for 3min. 4.Add shrimp, salt&all powders. 5.Add 1/2cup of water. 6.Close the lid &cook till shrimp become boiled. |
