INGREDIENTS
METHOD 1.Make a thick batter of the gram flour with the help of water. 2.Make sugar syrup with water. it should be one string consistency. Remove from the fire. 3.Take a tiny hole big spoon, & sieve the batter into the hot oil. 4.Fry till golden & crisp. 5.Drain the oil from the boondtheis & add to the sugar syrup. 6.Mix it with sugar syrup. then take out the boondtheis & keep seperate bowl.
