INGREDIENTS
METHOD 1.Make a sugar syrup with water. it should be more than one string consistency but not very thick. 2.Mean time take 1cup of ghee mix with gram flour, fry it in medium flame for 3min. 3.Add the gram flour mixture into the sugar syrup and stir it. 4.Add the melted ghee simultaneously. 5.Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. 6. Pour the mixture into the plate .let it become cool. Cut into square shape .
