Fry all the ingredients for few minutes without oil and grind it. |

poppy seeds | 1/8 cup |
cumin seeds | 1/8 cup |
aniseed(sombu) | 1/8 cup |
bay leaves | 10 gms |
Fry all the ingredients for few minutes without oil and grind it.
dehusked black gram | 1/2 cup |
red chilli | 20 nos. |
coriander seeds | 1 t.s |
bengal gram dhal | 1 t.s |
tamarind | little |
rock salt | 1 1/2 t.s |
Heat one tablespoon of oil and fry all the ingredients till golden brown. Bound together with salt and tamerind and grind it. |
