LOVE CAKE
   

INGREDIENTS

Cashew nuts 1  1/4 lb
Bread crumbs 1  1/2 lb
Butter 3   sticks
Sugar 1  1/2  lb
Eggs 10(Yolk-10,white -7)
Honey 4  tsp
Rose essence 1  tsp

METHOD

1.Preheat the oven 250

2.Powdered the cashew nuts.

3.Beat sugar egg yolks & bread crumbs. beat very well.

4.Beat egg white seperatly.

5.Add  powdered cashew &butter to the bread crumbs. beat well.

6.Add the beaten egg  & honey to the mixture. mix  well.

7.Pour in to baking pan,&bake it for 45 to 1 hour.
