METHOD 1.Take tamarind extract with 2cup of water. 2.Add all powders,salt &ground paste into tamarind juice. 3.Heat oil, season with mustard seeds,fenugreek&curry leaves. 4.Add onion,tomato,carlic&green chillies fry for 2minutes. 5.Pour tamarind mixture. 6.Close the lid & cook. |

METHOD 1.Mix Ginger&Carlic paste,1/4tsp Salt,1/4tsp pepper&1/8tsp turmeric powder 2.Rub it well in the fish pieces, marinate for 5 minutes. 3.Heat 2tsp oil &fry the fish slightly. 4.Take another pan, heat oil add onion,tomato&greenchillies fry for 5minutes. 5.Add coconut milk then all powders&vinegar. 6.Add slightly fried fish. 7.Close the lid&cook 8 Serve with idyappam, bread or rice. |

NOTE Allways add dryfish at the end.otherwise its becom powder. |
