CRISPY DHAL

 

INGREDIENTS

Channa dhal 1cup
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves few
Oil for deep fry

METHOD

1.Soak the channa dhal for 2hours in water.

2.Drain the dhal from the water.

3.Tale a big plate & dry the dhal .

4.Heat oil in a curved pan.

5.Fry the dhal till it becomes golden & crisp.

6.Remove the dhal from oil  & immidietly  mix with salt & chillie powder.

7.Heat 1 tsp oil & fry the curry leaves.

8.Add with dhal.
